Ricki McKissock is an elite lighting designer, production manager and producer, having worked on many award-winning national and international productions over her 20-plus year career in the entertainment production industry. She has returned to her hometown to continue her mother’s work of training women to be top-notch professionals in her industry while also being the first woman AV Coordinator at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh and the first female union steward of IBEW Local 5 Broadcast & AV Union. This proud mother of two is excited to lead by example by giving back and helping many through the Global Sisterhood.
