Caroline Martin is a wife, mother, marriage Advocate, co-owner of Steel City Cleaning with her husband, and a global leader with an undying love for God. Her innate ability to affect change and lead were seen early in her life as she accepted leadership positions at the secondary school level – and then as she attended the University of Zambia – and it continued as she worked for Innscor Africa Limited. In 2003, Caroline was chosen from the Diversity Visa Lottery and was awarded an opportunity to become United States Citizen in February of 2004. Upon arrival in the United States, Caroline again relied on her sales skills and compassion for people while working at notable companies such as Atria Senior Living and PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and now she proudly supports the Global Sisterhood on the Executive Board.
